Three Little Badgers Go to Market

The Three Little Badgers are getting ready for something EXCITING ... on August 15, we’re taking our cookies out of the kitchen and into the real world for our very first farmers market stall! 

And it turns out, there’s a lot more to getting ready for a market than making cookies.

The boys have been busy getting all the little details ready—from choosing and organizing cookie bags to figuring out how they want their booth to look. They’ve been making lists, talking through what they want to bring, and practicing what they’ll say when customers stop by.

They’re even working on their “recitals" (aka. talking points) so they can tell people about their cookies, how they started the business, what makes their treats special, and how they can convince people they need a cookie (they have some strong ideas on this one!).

It’s been fun watching them realize that running a business involves a LOT more than baking something delicious. 

• There’s organizing.

• There’s problem-solving.

• There’s talking to customers.

• There’s making decisions.

• And there’s remembering where you put the tape you JUST had two minutes ago. :)
